The 2020 remodel consisted of 3 Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Partial Kitchen, Partial Living Room, Partial Entry and Main Hallway.  The guest & master bathrooms were total gut jobs and received new tile floors, countertops, sinks, hardware, toilets and tubs/shower with new tile-work on the walls.  The powder room consisted of removal of the wallpaper, new paint and light fixture. The laundry room work consisted of floor and surface countertop removal, step up platform for the washer & dryer, new tile floors, new countertop surfaces, sink and paint. The kitchen received a new pantry style cabinet, new granite countertops, new backsplash tile and paint. In the living room removal of the old fireplace and tile, the TV cabinet was rebuilt to accept today's flat screen TV's, and a new fireplace with new tile was employed with new paint. The entry acquired an old model ship that Kim's dad built when he was a kid with glass enclosure above the front door. In addition the main hallway received new paint, some new art (mine & others) was hung throughout multiple rooms and new carpet in the master bedroom/walk in closet.
